How long does shipping take?

Most orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Delivery typically takes 7-15 business days depending on your location. Please note that items ship directly from our suppliers, which may result in longer delivery windows than traditional retailers.

Do you offer tracking?

Yes! Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship within the United States. International shipping may be available for select items — please contact us for more information.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Orders can be cancelled or modified within 24 hours of placement. After that, your order may have already been sent to our supplier for fulfillment. Please contact us as soon as possible at our Contact page.

What is your return policy?

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

We're sorry to hear that! Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with a photo of the issue and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.
